Beautiflora is well known for large-scale botanical installations for corporate events. Our experience with corporate and large installations has fine tuned our pricing and quoting. We know how much and how long a job will take to pre-produce, create, install and finally uninstall and our professional quoting system makes it easy for you to understand the value of our process. Our processes also allows us to get our quote to you in a short turnaround, usually within 24 hours. 

We've worked on many creative projects, creating dramatic botanical chandeliers, dressing totem poles in tipis, adorning spectacular archways and entryways and displaying elegant corporate table centres.  We've got the experience and inspiration to make sure your event has the 'wow' factor. We are inspired by the local natural environment and love bringing as much of this to your event by sourcing from the best local botanical suppliers.

We have been working in this region for the past 20 + years and this is reflected in good working relationships with other events hire teams and botanical suppliers. 

We understand that events have tight schedules for set up of structures, lighting, catering, furniture and so many other elements.  Sometimes a venue has upwards of 30 people working fast-paced at any one time and we pride ourselves on our efficient and timely manner working alongside all the other wonderful teams in our area. We know that if everyone works together as a team then something special happens. This is the magic of events and we love it!
